OUR DRIVERS

Becoming a driver with us is no mean feat. We will employ only those who pass our rigorous certification process and prove themselves to be the most qualified and professional applicants. We take pride in our Drivers and the standards they set for our industry.

Our drivers are full time employees, and must be over the age of 25. Driver management and personnel issues are handled in house, as are payroll taxes, worker's compensation, disability insurance and employee benefits.

A Metropolitan Drivers customer may enjoy the following benefits:

Dedication - Familiarity and continuity are insured with our signed Drivers. The client sets the schedule directly with the driver.

Flexibility - Any time that the client wishes they can request a different Driver. There is no need to worry about paying Driver unemployment or Driver termination. All Driver management and personnel issues are handled by us.

$1 million worker's compensation insurance. This pays for any and all injuries incurred by a Driver while on the job.

Client Safety - We guarantee the integrity and safety of your Driver by:

• Checking driving records
• Testing for substance abuse
• Thorough criminal background checks

Our employees are required to adhere to the following:

• Confidentiality - Our Drivers sign confidentiality agreements which secure our clients privacy.

• Backup Support - If your Driver is sick or on vacation, We will provide a backup driver. During busy times, clients may also get additional Driver support.
